We design, facilitate and evaluate our off-the-shelf and customized Leadership Development training Programs-LDPs across senior, middle and junior management levels.Each selected leadership training program could be delivered between 1 to 3 days with additional refresher and review post 45 or 60 days. For a longer customized metrics focused LDP intervention, we first suggest Performance Consulting.
